We also noticed some of their service downtime hours to days
then we move to another hosting few years ago
I accidentally paid and within 5 Min i opened a ticket telling them I paid by accident, that was 3 days ago and still no response. I hope I get my money back without the need to contact PayPal. And is anybody able to use their live chat? It never works for me.
Our Billing Department's Hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM PST, they do work outside of these hours, however, this is the guaranteed time that our Billing Department is available. We've been expanding our coverage with our Billing Department by bringing on additional reps to assist.

Hostwinds once charged me 150$ for couple of service that was already terminated .

What is specially about hostwinds?
Is it a hosting company for black hatters? Are they offshore? Do they ignore DMCAs?
They're not offshore and no they don't ignore dmca.
I think they're just partnering with bhw. That's all. Nothing fancy.
I was with them before and had a billing issue as well. But it was sorted out luckily. Glad I wasn't with them anymore. You wouldn't believe the amount of emails they sent asking me to upgrade when there's just a tiny bitsy spike.
