I haven't been with HostWinds very long or on BHW very long either but I feel inclined to say how much I appreciate their tech support after the fiasco of using a big name company and expecting them to give a shit about me. I'm pretty new to the web game and had a lot of questions. The hosting I was using before was pretty much no help in this area. I looked through forums and review sites to find new hosting and ended up going with HostWinds mostly because of my budget and I don't think at this moment I could be happier I did it. When I call in/ write a ticket I usually get to talk to the same tech, ChrisW. He has been very patient and kind to me as a newbie haha. I haven't had any downtime that I know of in the month I've been with them and I think that's pretty solid. Anyway, this has been my experience so far. I know it's early, so I'll probably update this thread in a few months with hopefully more of the same news. Fingers crossed.
