They just simply suspend your account and ask you upgrade further when your traffic is heavy. For Hostgator they will solve the problem up but not hostwinds, they will just force you to upgrade.
And the best part is the 90days refund is a joke, they will find thousands of excuses to refuse refund.
Peter is the most unfriendly person in hostwinds I can say.

You are soo right! The samething happened to me... They kept asking me to upgrade my vps instead of trying to fix the problem.
Glad I change hosting

okay according to zone-h.org 194 sites on the same IP as mine have been hacked by some dick wad.

Wow, why do people need to complain? if you don't like the hosting then take the refund and go elsewhere, just my opinion.

I personally have used hostwinds and found them to offer a great service. They transferred 60 of my sites and when problems occurred due to to much traffic, I received a personal phone call from Peter offering his help in resolving the situation. My sites were not closed down once unlike hostgator who instantly suspend accounts if server load is to high.
 
Why dont people understand what I said before as well

pay better and expect better service , tried them for 1 month once and put a note in my diary as well , never to use them again .
