hostwinds ranking

i have a BH site (free netflix accounts) and it had been receiving phishing notifications on HostWinds where my domain and the site is hosted from the NETCRAFT site, the site has low competition keywords and its on 3rd position on its ranked keyword and the first time i received the complain...

Anyone else got a site on hostwinds shared server? Mine'e been down for a while now and I guess it's early in the US.. I thought they had 24/7 support though.
