I have a hosting plan from them. I got it last year on black friday and it is "hosting at 50% off for life on any plan". It is a good deal. I had no major problems, so I'm very happy with them.

I got a reseller plan a couple of years ago on Black Friday and I couldn't be happier with it. They even have a loyalty program that discounts you even further every year. 10%, 20%, 30% after 3 years. If you haven't already, contact them and get them to apply it to your account
