REFUND POLICY
Shared Hosting: If you are dissatisfied with the shared hosting service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. The refund will be prorated based on the remaining duration of your subscription period.
Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS): VDS services are non-refundable. Once the VDS service is activated and the payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be offered if your account got suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
