the method which i am using my friend used it and he earnn alot of money thats why i think i should also use it its not that much safe but lets try whats happened so i want to be safe to chose the best hosting if any one can suggest me

You need best hosting & you think bluehost is costly, then you are wrong. Ask for cheap hosting you can use for a concept. Later when you wish to scale up on that, go for BEST hosting with BEST bucks.
Few good deals you can find in hosting section. Hostgator is sending flash sale emails every 2-3 days.

A few things to think about before you go with a real real cheap host is the IP. A lot of times the cheap/ free host the ip are black listed so yes it could save you money upfront it could cost you money in the end for being on a bad IP address.
Also best bet is to get a Dedicated ip from the host as well.
