Hosting video offshore with static assets via TMD/Cloudflare, How to?

Might be a pretty noob question as this is my first post...

Im starting a couple tubesites with my own edited video content. I plan to host the video content offshore and keep my static assets on cloudflare free or something like TMD (haven't decided yet). Could someone guide me as to how this is set up? I've read the offshore hosting goes "behind" something like cloudflare...how is this achieved?

Maybe I haven't searched hard enough on the forum for the answer but if you could link me to a thread, either way, it would be much appreciated.

Host video files on Host A: use URL link from Host A to add video media to site.

Site and static assets hosted on Host B: Point domain to DNS from Host B.
