can a hosting company affect SEO?(except SPEED)

then how about hosting without cpanel doing?
cpanel should be better to have?

I am thinking namecheap easy wp but wanna hear your experience!

it's not coming with cpanel

I'm using Hostinger WP without cPanel, they still give you access to some of the things you would find on cPanel which works for me.

I prefer cpanel, as its basically a GUI to all the functions you want, and you still have access to a limited console too.

Its much easier to implement the basics, especially if you just need wordpress installs.

Cpanel is only the tool to manage your hosting account.
That makes your life and process of management more comfortable.
That does not influence on SEO at all.
Having that said I have to admit that server uptime and page loading speed are more crucial for SEO.

I use dedicated servers without cpanel. It's just a question of convenience.

cPanel has nothing to do with SEO. It just let you manage your website easily

In my opinion Dedicated IP is better for SEO (the most important is the speed), but in your case VPS or Web Hosting with IP dedicated will cost a little more.

VPS is a good choice, you can install any Panel free or paid. And Dedicated IP is provided to you.

cPanel increased fee so many hosting company moved to other hosting panel,
My fav hosting panel is cPanel ( easy to use and more secure)
many cheap webhosting company use cracked cPanel ( its not safe)
if you budget is low go for other panel hosting, but if your budget good go for cPanel ,
