Hosting Offshore

My question is the following, I have a page for the sale of courses, the issue is that I receive DMCA notices every day, in the past I lost a domain for this, looking for I found Njal.la (so far it works excellent for my domains) and I was able to get rid of that problem, but a few weeks ago I had a problem with the hosting, looking for I found BlueAngelHost that said to be offshore (the worst experience they kept my money and all my database they did not want to give me a backup and they blocked my access ).
Look for my competition and they have website in siteground without problems and they have no problems with DMCA (I don't know how they do it) so I decided to use a common host like Siteground and a week later I was blocked ...

What do you recommend me to have 2 sites with different dedicated IPs and stop having to spend money on the host and transport my site from one side to the other?

Check the marketplace there are some offshore hosts listed.
Do check their reviews & contact them before placing your order.

And please any kind of website you need to backup regularly. If it's wp just use something like updraftplus+gdrive.
