Interesting, sleep 4 hours per day? That is quite abit of downtime, means your website is almost down a full week per month. Completely unacceptable.

Oh sorry, I was thinking on another think, you mean my localhost, I'm using a free host because I want to others to rate my page, I have tried creating web servers using net cat but I failed(because my isp), so If you know about some free hosting better than 000webhost, let me know. Thanks.
Some ISP's will completely block those ports so you may not experience an good result. Id suggest looking at the reviews in the marketplace

Hostgator is great for testing, but thats about all they are good for.
Well we arent allowed to recommend ourselves, however, centexhosting is pretty good IMHO
