Hi!
I am going to upload videos on dailymotion or openload they are copyrighted.
I know on youtube we get strikes when we are caught but what happens on dailymotion and openload.
And I want to embed these on my website what kind of risks am I facing?

dailymotion will ban you friend.Dont know about openload.

A simple trick is to register a free .ga domain and test. Big G can Maximum penalize your domain

by hosting it at your site. you may get dmca complaints. but after that nothing

No idea about openload but i have had a lot of videos removed dailymotion and never been banned, im also a partner with them.

Thanks. Someone else said this as well to me a time ago. It's cool to use dailymotion then.

I am going to monetize the website that I will embed the videos. Am I safe if I do this or can I face any legal problems?
I am not from USA.

No if you are using someone video in you website and earning money from them,its ok you will earn money.Beacuse dailymotion has program to earn revenue from embeded videos on your website amd it is not matter whether videos are yours or some one else.

Yeah but if your are uploading on dailymotion then there is a risk of banning and i guess they dont give strikes as youtube warn ,Here dailymotion just close your acnt with an emaol masg like you violated our terms ,your acnt has been closed.
