Hosting affiliate programs

I'm hoping some of you have some experience and can help out.

I'm on Hostgator's affiliate program. Unfortunately I find their customer service to be quite bad.
The fact that my clients and I are in the UK does make Hostgator's frequent ineptitude a bit more of a problem, as I deal with them by email only - and their responses, at best, are curt, and usually just don't answer the question!

For every single person I've referred, when they've had a problem, Hostgator haven't resolved it until I've then contacted them on behalf of the customer.

Even so, I still have about 6 people marked as "Activity". Hostgator told me these people need to contact them, which they have done, and Hostgator still haven't bothered to respond to these customers in over a week. So 6 people that paid weeks ago still can't even use their hosting.

That's just a few examples.

I'm looking for an Affiliate program with a web host that have better customer service than Hostgator.

Does anyone have any experience?

I'm looking for something as financially rewarding as Hostgator. More than willing to receive less than $125 per person if I don't have to put up with poor support for my referees.
