Hostgator or Bluehost?

I think atm they are on same level about share host and support because bluehost now have the live chat support ( i use bluehost on sum websites ) they are really fast and i had all time the right support , maybe 2-3 years ago bluehost wasn't that good but now it is

I was using Godaddy's Hosting when I was a beginner then I switched to Host Gator. And I am still with them as they are the best I have found so far. Cause their support team is really awesome. Where Godaddy suckz I don't know about bule host cause I never heard of it. But I will recommend not to use Godaddy's hosting cause they suckz. But for Domain Purchasing they are the best for sure. You can buy Domains from them without any hesitation.

I've used HostGator a year ago, they have pretty well managed server.
And their support is always avaliable, go with them. They are solid.

I've not been with bluehost but seen sites hosted there that are so incredibly slow loading (standard WordPress) that I would never go there.
I have been with hostgator and had a bad experience. My standard WordPress installs crawled. The other thing they did was to delete one of my cgi scripts due to their own stupidity. There excuse was - it matched a profiles that was bad. it was total bullsh*t and my site/script was not even the one causing the problem - they later told me this on the phone. I spoke to an admin that sounded like he was 14 yrs old and did not know squat.
Only good thing I can say about the gator is that my standard sites that had standard html based pages seemed to load fine and quick enough.
In conclusion I would not go with ether one of these companies. They both specialize in one thing - over loading servers with as many accounts as possible and making bank off you and all the other script kiddies on your server.
Dig around and you can find some great smaller hosting companies that do things so much better. No stupid admin tricks and servers with much less load.
You can PM me if you like and I'll tell you who I am with. I really don't much care to give out this info though as I don't really want these guys getting too popular.
The company I'm with now only does reseller hosting and jumps right on your butt if you let anything get out of line as far as your customers or your sites and scripts. That is why I like them, they keep things in line and don't let stupid people do stupid things and slow down the server for every one else.
Their servers are FAST. I own an internet service and hosting company have in the past built my own servers using pretty good stuff such as 4 xeon processors 8 gig of ram and the best scsi raid based disc systems and their servers BLOW MINE AWAY speed wise. Love it.
