Hostgator Issues!

I have a yearly plan with them but the bad part is i lost the login for my cpanel and every time i reset my password for the support control panel it gives me a new password but when i try to login it says wrong password.

Any help is appreciated im in the mood to develop the rest of my domains so i need this account!

Tried that as well wont let me in saying i have the wrong pass once again but i do receive my new login info to my email once i hit reset...I dont understand why its being a dick!

Contact the support and tell them that. Give us feedback, if it happen to another BHW member it could help!

Yea as soon as i contacted support they gave me an updated panel in which i could login through! it worked out perfectly!
