Hostgator "Datacenter IP " issue- account suspended

Hello all ,

Yesterday i have applied for the hostgator baby plan and today they have reverted back the transactions and account has been suspended , because my ip is not static <thats what i think the reason would be after the below mail recieved from them >.. so guys need your help .. to be the part for IM - what could be the possible solutions .( as i do not want to have the private ip for this only ) . Have any one else faced the issue , plz share your views . :-|

It appears that you have signed up for an account through a data center server. As we do not accept these kinds of accounts, we ask that you please sign up using your own IP address.

"Mail from hostgator is recieved that you have signed up from the Datacenter and these type of accounts are not accepted"

Thanks seopencil , so what could be the replacement for hostgator with kind of same cpanel .
