Hey guys,

I'd like to use Hostgator for my illegal content locking website. Can HostGator ban my account for this?

What do you mean by illegal here? Well, yes try to avoid hostgator for illegal activities since they have pretty strict policies.

Well by illegal I mean a blog where I'll use a CPA content locker for a lot of niches (gaming, hacks, movies, etc).

Firstly, content locking isn't illegal. And Gaming,Hacks and Movies are three completely different niches. If you are into gaming niche, you can use Hostgator. But for the hacks niche, depends on what kind of hacks. And for movies as well, what are you providing, full movie download links or just movie trailers?

Yea I received a notice from hostgator about celebrity sex tape page I had up.This was just a locked page redirected to a redtube video.I had to take it down.

hostgator will not suspend / down ur website for illegal - they will contact u and as u solved with them u will not face any problem
