Well. Don't wanna disappoint but it probably won't come at least for many years. Because currently it's semi impossible to balance between privacy, open source, cost and convenience. Lot's of reasons. Major one is the network itself and internet wasn't built to be support anonymity. There is always a flaw. Another example is protonmail/tutanota web application encryption security issues #1.
