Honestly I'm exhausted with finding a good DMCA ignored hosting service. Any suggestions guys

Yes sir. Honestly my stress got doubled when I watch some of threads. that's why I wanted some members experience about this, with latest update.
Well yeah, that’s the problem… Some providers claiming “DMCA-ignored” on their thread, but in reality it’s not ignored at all. One complaint comes in and they panic or suspend instantly. It ends up affects people badly because you think you’re safe, but you’re not.

That said, there are a few legit providers out there. You can still find solid options on the BHW marketplace, you just need to look for providers with exactly if they saying "dmca/abuse ignored" in their thread.

vsys.host(host Z library node)
alexhost.com(host Z library node)
Flokinet.is(host DDOS Secrets, hosted Torrentgalaxy, hosted Wikileaks)
svea.net(hosted openbittorrent tracker)

I'm using vsys.host and shinjiru.com at the moment. Vsys already more than 1 years with no issues.

Shinjiru almost 3 years, 2 issues raised to me about CP, but they gave me max 12 hours to take down the content, and it's enough for me.

Alexhost was good, until I got abuse report. They never accepted any explanation from me and suspended my server without give me a chance to take down it. That is the main reason I moved to shinjiru.

Do you mind me asking if you have any issues with VSYS since the recent news about the $42m US judgement on your side (my server is running without issue and chat support are playing it down as well)? I'm wondering whether I shouldn't wait for the ship to sail and just bite the bullet and move to another provider, despite having no issues since I joined them...

Well my provider just sent an email out yesterday saying that the IP's of many instances got seizure. They offer to replace them at least and not getting shutdown so thumbs up for them for this one

I recommend considering Bluehost, Hostinger, or NirHosting as reliable DMCA ignored hosting services.
You're kidding, right? i have no idea who's NirHosting, but Bluehost and Hostinger are not DMA ignored. Please do not make people do mistakes. They are far from DMCA Ignored. The moment of report you'll take down in a day.

Honestly, instead of looking for “DMCA ignored hosting” (which can expose you to serious legal risks), I recommend choosing a reliable hosting provider that offers strong privacy, fair use compliance, and proper content protection policies.

Here are safer alternatives you can consider:

✅ Offshore hosting with strong privacy policies
Some countries have more flexible copyright handling, but still operate within legal frameworks.

✅ Hosting with proactive abuse handling
Look for providers that investigate claims fairly instead of suspending instantly.

✅ Use CDN + Proper Licensing
Combine hosting with licensed content and CDN services like Cloudflare for better protection and performance.

✅ Recommended providers known for reliability & privacy:

  • OrangeWebsite (Iceland)
  • Shinjiru
  • Time4VPS
  • AlexHost

Always remember: protecting your content legally is the best long-term strategy for sustainability and business growth.

can you clarify which judgment this is? Something recently in the news about this?

They apparently had infrastructure (or transiting properties) that went through the US, therefore opening themselves up to a typically heavy US lawsuit. As of today, I am yet to observe any issues, but am currently exploring other contingency options...

BlueHost and Hostinger are about as DMCA ignored as Cristiano Ronaldo is German...

dmzhost.co
pfcloud.io
both on spamhaus .. bulletproof hosting blacklist
Can vouch for DMZ, not the cheapest, but reliable for ensuring services remain online after the receipt of a barrage of notices from the usual automated suspects...
