homeless

Hey so where is the OP now.....anyone knows? I would like to hear his story of the homeless adventure.

ive been looking for a job for 4 months the job market is horrible here i have a ton of skills too just no degrees to prove it and the dude i been living with for 2 years is kicking me out i used to ball out spamming making 9-12k a week and i gave him mad loot when i had it then the method i was using shut down hardcore and now everyone wants to shit on me, such is life

Buddy if you were making 9-12k per week, your money management skills SUCK. That's why you're homeless.

I wouldn't hire you for a position that required financial skills if I knew you couldn't even handle your own personal finances. And your english is sloppy as well, so if you were filling out applications in the same manner, I can see why you can't get a Just Over Broke.

Face the music, admit to yourself where you are, and create a plan. Use this hardship to your advantage, being homeless will determine your character. Step up. Become a warrior. I've had to sleep in my car multiple times before, don't worry you'll make it just fine.

Save and invest is fucking GREAT advice. I've been doing this shit from home for a few years now and just got hit harrrrd by the tax man....because I made TOO MUCH MONEY! Fuckin crazy but true. I saved, but not enough.

Never take what you have for granted, and always keep something in reserve.

I'm not ballin outta control, yet... YET.

But I've already decided to make 249k a year my limit. after that, what's the going US tax rate, 34%? They're outta their damn minds....

and they're talking about making it 40-50%!

1. You don't make 249k a year, because if you did, you'd know there's not a tax bracket that ends or starts at 249k. Now go and finish your math homework.

2. Even if you did make 249k a year, you're going to limit your earnings because of a higher tax rate? That's moronic. You'll still make more even at a higher tax rate if you have more income. Simple math bud. :reddy:

I call BS...because you have all those skills and no degree you would know you could still get a job at McDonalds lol.

In North America, there's no legitimate reason for being unemployed (unless your handicapped or mentally ill).

There's always mcjobs or janitorial jobs..the people who are homeless and able bodied are too stuck up to do the crap jobs and thus would rather blame everyone else. Look at those doctors from India or Africa who come here and work the crappiest jobs just to get through. How often do you see them on the streets? You don't because they don't bitch about all this ..they go out and do what they need to survive.

1. notice how I said I didn't make 249k a year, I said all I wanted to make was 249k a year. Step your reading comprehension game up. The current tax rate for that income (171.5k-33k) is 33%. And yes, they're talking about moving the tax rate of 250k+ from 33% to 40%. Whether they do it remains to be seen.

2. The statement was made because it's my personal preference to have a goal of that much. Whether I want to go further once I reach that goal is on me. Calling someone's personal preferences moronic.... is moronic.

Oh, and I'm too old to have "math homework". have fun trolling! :reddy:

Stop complaining, boogey down to Aus and you'll find a 47% marginal rate of tax for the top bracket (56K if I remember correctly).

Of course no one smart pays anything like that.

Well, there are always ways to keep yourself in a lower tax bracket. For example, you could create a Parent company that "leases" equipment/services to your Main Company.

As far as corporations, the first 50,000 you make is only taxed @ 15%

Plus, there are all sorts of tax write offs that a good accountant could help you with.

but in all honesty to the OP:

Don't know if I buy it either.

EVERYONE ON BHW knows this...

when the shit really hits the fan, you march your ass around your neighborhood to every subway and restaurant/bar/clothing store you can and get your ass 30-40 hours a week of minimum wage. Yeah it sucks, but if you HAVE to pay the bills then you HAVE to do it.
