This shit CAN happen... if you make that much money, invest.... too late now i suppose. I was almost homeless a year and a half ago. 3 major cataclysms occurred at the same time in my life. It's hard to recover from too many punches from life at the same time.

At the time, i had a successful marketing company too. Lost my biggest client, lost my office (landlord raised the rent an exorbitant amount, and my landlord sold his house, all at the same time. It was a terrible summer for househunting here, couldn't find an apartment. Couldn't maintain my business without my office, while househunting.

Fortunately, i had some investments still to cash out on. A year and a half later, i own a house and work from home, so none of that will ever happen again.

For all the younger people reading this forum, it's hard to understand when you are like 19 or 20, but NEVER spend more than a quarter of what you earn. Save and invest.

If you make enough to buy a benz, don't. Buy a corolla. It's better for the environment anyways, and when you are homeless, you'll thank all the people who drive efficient cars, because you have to breathe that shit in on the streets.

The truth is when you're in the moment you don't think about all the other things you can do with your money. It is always monday morning quarterbacks who don't believe a man can go from the house on the hill to the bottom of the barrel. Shit happens and those that be in the happenings know this! That is why you get wiser with age, that is why life is an experience! If you knew at 10 years old what you knew at 20 then you'd do things different.

BTW: I'd also like to know what's going on with OP, probably just trying to make it day to day.

Ya know, I would have felt sorry for the guy. But: one, he made it out like it was the BHW community's fault. Second, if he's not full of shit, $12k/week is great money. I am happy when I do that in one month. But I have months where things are bad, and I think most IMs have that happen. But I manage my money. I don't have rich parents. I grew up with next to nothing. I'm not rich, but I do quite well for myself, better than parents and probably anyone in my family. And there are Indians and others on this forum who've been through more than we have here in the states and are doing it right now.

So, to go from $12k/week to homeless, then blame me and the rest of the BHW community...I'm sorry, you're not gonna get any sympathy from me with that.

After reading some of your post I'd conclude that maybe you just have a better grasp on IM then OP. I saw you said you could make money in 45 days even if your homeless. That's interesting and you probably could do it because you have a creative mind. You have to remember everyone isn't as smart as you. Most people on this forum hadn't even made any money let alone had the opportunity to make 12k a week. The OP obviously had a niche and when it died that's all he knew. Same example with criminals...once their gig is up their is nothing left because they spent so much energy mastering that skill. You probably have ideas out the ying yang so for you it is easy to figure out how to keep money in your pocket. Just saying

Save and invest is fucking GREAT advice. I've been doing this shit from home for a few years now and just got hit harrrrd by the tax man....because I made TOO MUCH MONEY! Fuckin crazy but true. I saved, but not enough.

Never take what you have for granted, and always keep something in reserve.
