Hiring WP Developer for Theme customization

Hello. I bought two weeks ago one WP Job Board theme from Themeforest. I am not happy with the developer support, so I am looking for a person who can help me with small customizations.

For example:

To remove the option for a cover image upload of the users from their dashboard
Some additional fields on the templates
Removing some unused theme options

I think knowledge of PHP and CSS is a must for this position.
