[HIRING] Someone who can develop a Wordpress plugin for Twitter Vines.

I didn't knew where to put this so maybe it needs to be relocated (admin).

I'm looking for someone who can create a Wordpress plugin for Twitter Vines. I'm already using a specific Wordpress plugin but the developer does not seem to respond to my request. Basically I want a Wordpress plugin that can embed a Vine but it has to have sound enabled automatically + it has to have a thumbnail. Vines are html5 videos and based on the video.js it shouldn't be that hard. The standard way of embedding does not do what I want.

e.g.

Wordpress new post
