I own an AI site and I'm looking for an SEO Expert.

Needed;

Site Audit
Fix all SEO issues
On-Page SEO
High-Quality Backlinks

This isn't a simple project.

I don't need someone whos going to outsource work and upsell me honestly. I understand pricing and such.

Going for the best offer. Meaning best price and best quality.

I'm looking for a wide range of backlinks. High DA, Guest Posts, Niche Edits, Social, the works.

I'm looking for someone who can fix on-page SEO.

My site has about 1000 pages. I have over 50 pages on the top of my mind that I want as money pages. I want to build links on certain money-pages and pages already ranking. I want any page ranking to be fixed and optimized for SEO.

No bs or low-quality offers, I'm looking for an expert whos willing to charge a reasonable price.
