Looking for 2 hard working, reliable, independent OF chatter with previous experience. This position will consist of chatting on behalf of a top 0.2% model to new and existing subscribers. We are aiming for a 80/20 split meaning 80% of revenue from messages/tips and 20% from subscriptions.
You will be trained to chat in a more unique, friendly and personal style. Building rapport first then upselling. Must be able to upsell without the use of scripts.
This position will be for 8-10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with the option to work more hours at discretion. Your choice of day off during the week. Shift schedule could potentially be from 3am pht to 3pm pht.
Starting salary during training will be $4.09/hr plus 1% net sales commission then salary will be raised to $5/hr with 1% commission with the potential to be raised up to $5/hr with 3% net sales commission based on performance. All paid out weekly.
Must have a reliable internet connection, near perfect Americanized English, slang, and culture, and minimum three months experience. Preferable to send Records of chatting from previous agencies. Please add the keyword "Gorilla" to the end of your application.
