Hiring LLM Chatbot Expert (NSFW / Social Media Conversion)

We’re looking for a senior LLM chatbot expert to help us build a best-in-class NSFW conversational bot optimized for social media conversion (DMs → subs → upsells).





What we need

• Deep experience with LLMs for chat (prompting, memory, state, guardrails, control layers)
• Proven work in high-conversion funnels (intent detection, pacing, soft paywalls, follow-ups)
• Comfort working in NSFW adult verticals
• Ability to iterate fast using black-box testing and metrics (CTR, CVR, ARPU)
• Understanding of hybrid systems (LLM + rules + presets + retrieval)

Nice to have

• Experience replacing or improving existing chatbot platforms
• A/B testing frameworks for chat flows
• Token cost optimization at scale

• Portfolio required (live demos, repos, case studies, metrics)
• Availability for hands-on collaboration
• Not beginners. We will test you.
