Flat rates and commissions are on the table. If you work well and desire it, this could be long-term/ permanent. I'm looking for small business owners in the U.S. I can be more specific with interested parties. I'm looking to scale, my client retention is high and long-term.
Usually, I work as an Individual but I have a team I can work with when I need to.
Can pay per lead, per appointment, per hour, and per closed deal as well.

Hourly rate: Starting at 15$ can be much more based on your skills or service
100$ and up for closed deals
Essentially, compensation is negotiable.
