[Hiring] Graphic Designer for T-shirts

I'm looking for a skilled and versatile designer to create about 50-100 designs for a growing Online Store. The store is focused around specific fraternities and sororities, therefore, the elements of design will be provided because each organisation has specific colors, letters, mascots, emblems, symbols, hand signs and terms etc the Designer will just to use his creative mind to make great designs around the theme of each organisation.
I always assess the quality of the designer by asking them to make 2-3 simple designs based on my instructions. The offer is to make 50-100 designs over the period of 2-3 months which might lead to a permanent offer to be the designer for all my upcoming projects with this store. The 2-3 designs asked will not be paid, they're just a test in order to get the full gig. I understand that your time is valuable and I can understand if you can't,
