I am looking to build a Facebook Group / page , I will supply the content ( via links to other business related to the city in mind ) I just need a targeted audience , to one particular city.

PART ONE ... manual adding.
The subject of the fan page / group page will be Asian / Thai girls.
My aim is to get a group going with 10k followers on it.
The followers should be targeted from other related groups.
10k is a minimum amount , if all well then I would need more.
I need ONLY REAL people in the group.
$$$$ can be paid on a stage basis , for example paid per 1000 members added.

PART TWO .. ads. Campaign.
Someone who is an ads. Expert in setting up the targeted ads. Campaign for me .
" YES I could do FB ads. But it isn't my thing , so if FB ads are used I will Obv. pay the fee , plus your fees for the work in hand , this is the fastest way I can do it as I can't do it myself and time is limited to have a finished page. "
Personally , I prefer to hire someone who can do part two as the group needs to up and running with in 5 months so I can use the page once I am back home in Thailand.
If this is successful then I will be needing a second and maybe a third page to target new cities.
