Looking for hard working, reliable, independent OF chatter with previous experience. This position will consist of chatting on behalf of a top 0.2% model to new and existing subscribers. We are aiming for a 80/20 split meaning 80% of revenue from messages/tips and 20% from subscriptions.
You will be trained to chat in a more unique, friendly and personal style. Building rapport first then upselling. We try to cater to all fans so preferably you should be versatile. Some styles would include SDH and role playing/story telling. Must be able to upsell without the use of scripts.
This position will be for 8-10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with the ability to work more hours at discretion. Your choice of day off during the week. Shift is subject to change but will mostly likely be an afternoon to night shift pht.
$850 per month during training then salary will be raised to $5/hr with 1% net sales commission with the potential to be raised up to $5/hr with 3% net sales commission based on performance. Performance based bonuses will be given out for hitting weekly and monthly goals.
Must have a reliable internet connection, fluent in Americanized English, slang, and culture, and minimum three months experience. Records of previous chatting preferable.
