Looking to hire an Indian. The job involves :

1. Registering 6 + 10 domains from GoDaddy from unique IP addresses at Rs. 111/domain (I will pay for that).
2. Manually installing Wordpress with the 6 + 10 domains on 10 unique Free hosts, which I will provide.

To do this, I will pay (6 + 10) x Rs. 111 = Rs. 1,776
And for manual Wordpress installations on 16 free hostings = Rs. 1,600.

You must be a reputed member on BHW.

Not necessarily, OP may prefer someone that speaks his native tongue for easier communication. Also work outsourced to India are usually dirt cheap because of their economy; $100 usd may feel like $200 usd for Indian citizens.

I know a private supplier for cute lesbians who will do WordPress work. The only catch is that you must buy in bulk. I buy by the pile myself, you get a discount that way and get a free bonus cute bi-curious gal, which are always a fun challenge to build WordPress sites with.

edit: just checked conversion rate of what your paying and now i understand why your trying to employ indians. forget my offer.
