The tasks may change frequently depending on my own workload. Looking for someone to work 30-40 hours a week, and someone that is available via Skype and Desktime.

Have seen a few on fiverr, might want to give them a look and see if you can find some one that works well first and then work out a full time thing with them once you see that they work.
