Hiring a programmer to make a script

Hello,

I need a simple script that navigates to a website, does a random action, and then clicks a link on the footer of the site to give an "upvote" to a topsite style platform. Needs to open multiple browsers that can be navigated manually after the script does its automated actions, so I can manually enter a captcha code that is required after clicking the upvote link. Script will use a proxy database/list and will have unique useragents for each browser instance and needs to open various browers at once with a unique proxy IP and useragent.

Very simialr to "Diabolic traffic bot" that was once sold here. I have several sites that use this voting system so if could be adapted to all sites.

I have a example script code that I was in the middle of using that can be used for reference it was done with node.js, but you can use whatever language you believe is suitable
