Hiring a Freelancer to do Tik Tok Comment Automation

I have messages tons of freelancers and accounts to build out a Tik Tok comment automation. From the people I have reached out to, they have either A) Only sell software to run automations B) Build scripts to run it locally or C) Have trouble sourcing warmed-up tik tok accounts.

My ask is simple, I want to find someone to build out a few tik tok accounts, that will scroll the FYP and comment from a pre-defined list around 10 times per day / account. Willing to pay for someone to handle everything. Thanks
