I'm looking for an experienced python programmer or a bot maker to automate PDF upload method.

1. They should find/have a list of possible sites supports this method.
2. Should be able to automate the uploading and extract the PDF's URL and store them on a text/csv file.

It will:

• Find/collect websites that allow PDF uploads (edu/gov + custom footprints)
• Automatically upload your PDF on each site
• Extract the final PDF URL after upload
• Save all working URLs into CSV/TXT with full logs (success/fail reason)

Tech: Python + Playwright/Selenium + smart page detection + retry system.
Some sites may show captcha/login, so the bot will skip/log them automatically.
