Hire a Freelancer Yelp Reviews

I could not find a yelp review seller in the marketplace (multiple search queries run)

I believe I am allowed to post here just not reply to this thread but members can PM me if they have the service I need?

I just want to make sure I do not get banned (surprised how many 1k+ post members are banned from older threads).

Please advise if I am allowed to post this here (as far as I have read I am allowed), it is the best place I have found to post this since I am not selling looking to "hire".

We primarly love to exchanage reviews with other good black hat SEO folks (which I have been told in BHW eyes is buying/hiring) and/or looking to buy reviews from someone that guarantees theirs reviews.

If I do not have the right account level I am assuming that is Jr VIP which is 100 posts and upgrading???? (sorry I have asked loads of people and no one really seems to know).
