Hi guys

Admin/mod, apologize me if its not in the correct forum.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the "manager" of hiltopads.

I'm kinda curious if this behavior is professional or not :)

EDIT: since when is it normal to pay for advertisement and not get an answer to th
e question "where do you get your traffic from". As per my opinion you should know where your ads are being place, correct me if I'm wrong here.

What is your opinion :poop:

It's not common to hide the URL for advertisers, but i am not that familar with HilltopAds - Atleast they should provide you with ID for the website so you can block them out from your campaign. Do you have ID's so you can specifically blacklist URL's?

You have to use a tracker to track the zone ID to blacklist it. The manager is not going to help you with it. Hilltopads is very good for blackhat ads if you know what you are doing since they are very lax in their approval. 442 impression but no click does not mean anything. I have 1,000 impression and 600+ clicks. But none of them converts. If I were you, I will rather look at 400 impression without conversion, to blacklist that zone. Instead of looking at clicks.

Thanks man, It's rather the approach of the so called manager which is bothering me :D. Anyway its a last time visit they have, I've seen reviews on youtube etc, which were showing really strange things. I'm not basing myself in the impressions/converts because thats more up to my banner & landing page and zone as you said.

How much are you spending with them? My ad spending is around $1k-$1.6k weekly with them. My AM mgr is Elm. Quite a nice guy and provide very good support. My campaigns are auto approved (even for blackhat ads). And I am able to setup all types of filter, targeting specific model of phone for example.

There are sites where you can blacklist/whitelist and have other additional settings, targetting a model of phone will simply not do it for me, I have seen the target possibilities and its rather quite simple compaired to the rest i've seen so far.
