High retention niche related views?

I saw a site called social.panel had it where you get views from youtube search and suggestions and its 70% watch time. But i cant sign up on it lol idk why theres no sign up link.
Any othre panel that gives high retention niche related views?

Edit: And im also seeing lots of services that offer real views that are random retention and claim its "best for rank". But is it actually good for ranking if the retention is random? What if i get low watch time and it hurts my rank?
