High Refund Rate For Digital Product

I usually promote physical products on Clickbank, but I decided to promote a digital product for a change. Yesterday, I made three sales and two of the three buyers asked for a refund. The refunds occured around 20 minutes after the product was purchased. I'm a little confused with this high refund rate. To be honest, I don't usually get too many refunds. What do you think would cause the high refund rate? The refunds happened 20 minutes after the purchase, so I don't think they even looked over the content completely. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You have no choice but to refund right away. Btw, those complaints are either from other sellers who just wants to promote the digital products on their own or the buyers who found out about the product via google search - reviews or underpriced from other sources.
