On da screen lookin' at U!
Hi guys I affiliate for Amazon products. As u know, I create a lot of web properties to promote my affiliate links (with my affiliate code in the URL). For example, let's say my affiliate URL is http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?ie=UTF8&keywords= "products search page" &tag= "my affiliate code" &...
And this link is what I put in my web properties to promote it.

However, on SERPS, the URL: http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?ie=UTF8&keywords= "products search page" is what indexed and get ranked. Its alexa rank is even quite high.

These "original" links are competing with my properties on SERPs. I still dominate most of first 2 pages and top alexa rankings but they are still very annoying to see these links somewhere down the line.

I still don't understand how these links can come up in the SERP and how to take them off completely unless I have to go to my properties take some of my affiliate URLs down.

You can try link masking which is when u make your link look like something it really isn't. This allows you to hide the fact that there link is being directed to an affiliate offer. The masking usually takes place in the status bar of the browser.

    Hope this helps!
