After google updates everybody is talking about unique content and building high quality backlinks.
My simple question is what is high quality back links?
Is web2.0 consider high quality link, what about article directory listing or wiki.
Also is it important to have link wheel structure. Can we just links pointing to money site.
Can someone please explain this to me.

You don't want crappy porn sites/illegal sites pointing to your main site because google will see it as 'bad'. You want those sites pointing to bookmarking sites/other sites that link to your 2.0 sites linking to your money site.
