What are strong backlinks, that will definitly show SERP increases after a while?

I got loads of easy sites with emds, but they keep ranking at spot 5 and stuff, while there are just forum posts ranking above.

social bookmarks, web2.0, profiles , articles etc the whole key is link deversity, anchor text deversity, and ip deversity
Hope this helps

Strong backlinks are the ones coming from high PR relevant pages with low OBL, the ones that come from authority sites, and the ones that are do-follow and contextual.

Contextual links from unique web 2.0 properties would really help.

Unique Web 2.0 properties with good content, relevant images, videos and other media.

If you do create Web 2.0s, always put in some sort of media (images or videos). Don't keep it with an article as this doesn't look natural in my opinion.

web 2.0 would help a lot.since google penguin update nobody is asking for blog commenting or any other thing except web 2.0.But in web 2.0 your content, images, tagging video etc should be done very well

Ok, so just tools to automatic build backlinks is not enough. I need to do some manual stuff.

Some manual high quality on-topic blog commenting can do wonders. Of course, in-context links are doing wonders, all the more better if they are on-topic.

Just get diversity in terms of platforms, anchors, types (images, raw urls), PR, etc.

Although creating backlinks is a small part of SEO, getting connected to a well trafficked site through a quality backlink(s) can generate enormous amounts of traffic for your site.

I would recommend a tool like http://value-exchange.sitesell.com/Incredible0.html. It will automatically search for sites within your niche using your sites keywords and description and send you reports with sites interested in doing a link exchanges. You may develop some excellent networking opportunities through this program as well. Best of all it is a Free tool that you can use over and over again.

Ok, the last question. I dont really want to rank my domain, but I want to rank the posts I make on it. As the domain only got like 20 searches a month, but the posts I make on it have lots of searches. I got 1 post ranking 3rd place, but lots of them keep hanging on like page 2 - 4 in the search engines. How do I rank these? I have build some links to them, but they are not really going up in the serps.

How do I rank these?

Getting more domain authority - proper links to the domain and not just stuff created by software - will make it far easier to rank internal posts on the same domain with a few links.

These forums ranking above you probably have a strong domain, so their internal stuff can rank with few backlinks, and they probably have a lot of social interaction which naturally generates links.

Ok, thanks for the information. So I should build more strong links to the site itself, instead of building links to the posts.

I dew build links to mi pages/posts but diferent link types to each post so it looks natural
but I build more to the main domain then the pages/posts, when your main domain gets authority your pages rank faster as well and I interlink mi post (look at wikipedia for example)

Strong backlinks-the term is relative. The most powerful back-links are those that you get from authority websites because you have posted some unique and useful article on your website.

How about stronger links to the domain, and more social type links to the posts?

You should build links to multiple pages of your site, not just the post and the home page. These efforts will push the most relevant pages of your site forward in search results for a specific keyword. You want a specific page to rank in search results? Make sure it's really a match for the keywords you target - but not by means of stuffing the copy and the on page element with keywords.

Web 2.0 with a lot of unique content, do some link pyramids to them as well.
Then article directories ( to money site ) from sites like ezinearticles etc, that have a high authority.
