High PR Link checklist - Links every site should have.

In light of the recent Google slam, I think it would be a good resource to have a list of high PR links both paid and free, that every site should have. I'am thinking along the lines of

Just post the URL and price if applicable and i'll collate the info and post a list etc.

I had some examples like dmoz etc. but i can't post urls and got annoyed.

There are so many lists available here if you just use the search option.
