I'm having a problem on some of my Facebook Ads where I have a very high click-through rate, low cost per click, and high positive feedback, but for some reason, I'm also getting a high negative feedback on some campaigns. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have any specific recommendations? Is there a way to create an audience out of the negative feedback people and maybe make a lookalike audience based off them and then exclude that audience?

What would be nice would be to make a lookalike audience and target them with something that is the opposite of what you are promoting now.
