High DA/PA - 2 Million Backlinks Expired Domain

I made a simple script to check DA/PA of recently expired domains today and this came up.
qclshop.com
DA: 41.00
PA: 48.00
MOZ Rank: 4.80

https://www.semrush.com/info/www.qclshop.com
is reporting 2.3 Million backlinks.

All the Anchor text and referring domains are Chinese. Was this a good find or is google going to assume its only for Chinese searches? I plan on putting up a WP and setting up a simple shop.

I'm a noob at SEO so forgive me if this is a stupid question.

If you see chinese anchor RUN never pay 1 $ for the domain. It's same of viagra louboutin nike tn louis vuitton ...

I paid $9 for the domain so its not that big of a deal if its worthless. Anyway, what makes that so bad?

adult or chinese links are bad news when a backlink ..

but there many afflicates with good prices for chinese traffic but u dont no them .

but for seo or pbn a shit domain sorry ...

I'm scrapping a website that posts expired domains. Its kinda fast but I'm not finished making it. I found that domain while I was testing. If the DA/PA/MOZ and backlinks dont matter than this is pointless. Right?

You can find good expired domains, but you should look on backlinks quality and think twice why previous owner dropped this domain.
Does it banned from Facebook or blacklisted by Google Safe Browsing? You should always check.
Does it under Google sanctions? You will never know that for sure.
That's why register expired domain is always risky.
Number of backlinks doesn't mean anything, you can create millions of them with Xrumer or GSA.
When you see 2 mln backlinks, almost always this domain is waste material from doorway type of site. Avoid.
Personally, I have very bad experience with expired domains, I always register new domain without history, they work much better for me.

I just search on google for "expired domain with high da backlinks" and then came up this post. LOL

I don't think it's completely pointless. You just need to manually check them before purchasing them. I've heard that looking at anchor text is important too. To see if they have anchor text that is relevant to the niche you are doing, or a niche that you could build out of it. Relevancy seems to have a big factor.
 
moz da pa is better now after update on march, im trusting the score than before.
