High DA low PR domain

That's a lot of links. It got deindexed by Google. How much did you pay for it? It could be penalized.
Links are full of chinese/japanese spam. Throw up a page and see if Google indexs it. You could flip it because the domain has passed a lot of trust.
The question is: why was the domain dropped?

Domain Authority and Page authority are good metrics. Use majestic trust flow to get a better idea since it works WAYYY better than Moztrust. If you see the domain has tons of anchor text that are the same and are NOT brand terms then it is most likely a domain you don't want.

It's an expired domain I saw in godaddy. paid less than $10 for it. Do you think this would still be worth for a backlink? Just to pass some link juice to a new site? Thanks
