There could be a few reasons for CTRs over 100%.
First, stats are not real-time. If you are checking Adwords stats throughout the day, there's no reason to do this. In fact, it's pointless. Not all stats are updated at the same time so you could get the clicks updated first and an hour later, the impressions. This appears as if you got more clicks than impressions and results in a CTR over 100%, if you look at the right moment. In this case, your impressions are lagging way behind your clicks. Must be some computer somewhere that's down.
There could be some invalid clicks. Main reason for this is people clicking on an ad, backing back to the result page, clicking on other ads and possibly yours again. Usually the system catches this sort of thing before it even shows up in your account. Nothing to worry about, you'll get your money back on those invalid clicks. There's even a report for that.
I'll bet if you look at your data tomorrow morning, your CTR will be nowhere near 100%. But congrats on making sales already.
BTW, unless the vendor says you can't direct link PPC, there should be no problems. But check the Adwords rules and guidelines and make sure their landing pages comply.
