Hiding Backlinks From Competitors

Hello, is there a way of hiding my backlinks from competitors? So that they can't see my backlinks on Moz or Ahrefs?

Or can I only hide my backlinks from competitors if I own my own backlinks farm in which I could block Moz and AHref bots and only allow Google bots?
