HMA and Strong VPN both keep logs. I use Private Internet Access. Stable, reasonably fast, and inexpensive and no logs.

Have you contact with their support? It seems bit wired to me. If you want to go for an alternative, I suggest you to take a look on Express VPN, PureVPN, Hide-My-IP. Among these VPNs Hie-My-IP is a good alternative of HMA. I have been using it for more than two months. It cost me only $2.95/month.
