Hi folks! I'm Alessio, i live in Rome, Italy and today i joined your insane forum.
I'm an industrial designer, web designer, italian junior chef, newbie youtuber, ex-hacker (when i was young).
So if i can help you guys in any way, if you wold know how to cook a real pasta spaghetti meal, or something special here in rome, i'll be glad to help you.
I'm going to read some interesting thread for me.
Any suggestion for where to start?

I did not find anything about cooking so far , but it would be great if we have some new tread about cooking. :))

In these days i explored your deep deep forum, i learn something but sincerely i think that most of the methods mentioned was old and not fully functional.
For example i read on the niche method, but in 2k15 there are billion niche website.
I tried to start with an experiment buying a brand new games domain and put some review with affiliate link inside.
But i don't belive this make the difference. I've a lot of spam comments, i spammed too, but nothing special.

I can't find the experiment that was "insane". When i was young we "play" a lot in shelling/rooting server, buyng ticket train and some other stupid stuff.

I would like to find something new and exciting to try.

And at least i can't figure how to make quality traffic for my girlfriend blog.

If you want guys we can combine forces and make a new niche: "Italian food cusine for non-italians" LOL

I just love the historical places of your Roma :wave:. Web designing and web development are very common characteristics in people but I'd like the most that you are a good chef, :rolleyes: so will you post some good italian recipes here

There is nothing new in marketing. The secret is taking the methods and making them yours. What this means is that you take a proven method and adapt it to the specifics of the time/platform/locality/whatever. This is called "your twist". Don't make the mistake of thinking that you need the latest shiny secret.

By your assets, obviously. For example, do you have a big youtube following for your chef creations? If not, why not?

Welcome! I'm new here as well but found SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much stuff on here to check out. Hope you're enjoying it as much as me.
 
Don't get me wrong but i thought you were alesso the DJ.
Anyways if i were you if you got the money why not make a website that revolves around your expertise in which people would love.
For example since you're into cooking why not post instructional video's on the internet along with making a social media profile and start from there? :)

Welcome to BHW Alessio.

My advice would be to find a niche you love, and work at it until you start profiting off of it.

Some of the other guys in this thread have made great suggestions. Give one a try before you assume it won't work.
 
That's one hell of a resume Alessio! I just joined to but welcome to BHW anyways.

Just like you I learned how to cook from my grandma. I don't get to cook as often as I like but I'll be on the lookout for your Spaghetti al rage recipe.

Jazzc, great advice, I'll take part of that as a free lesson as well.
